PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a unit construction for a sewing machine needle bar which can adjust the positional relation of a needle and a rotating hook relatively. SOLUTION: The frame of needle bar unit 6 construction has a bed frame 2 with a rotating hook 22, a post frame 3 which projects upward from the bed frame 2, and an arm frame 4 which is run in a traverse direction from the post frame 3. The needle bar unit 6 has a needle bar 62 to hold a needle 61 and a needle bar bracket 65 to hold the needle bar 62. In the direction (X direction) that the arm frame 4 is run, the upper part of the needle bar bracket 65 is held at the arm frame 4 so that the position of the needle 61 may be positioned by swaying the lower part of the needle bar bracket 65 for the arm frame 4. Fixtures 80, 81, 82 which fix the needle bar bracket 65 of the needle bar unit 6 on the arm frame 4 of a frame 1 are prepared. COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
