PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the prediction value of an X-ray dose in dual energy tomography. SOLUTION: An X-ray CT apparatus 100 includes: an X-ray irradiation part 21 for irradiating a subject with X-rays by a first X-ray tube voltage and X-rays by a second X-ray tube voltage different from the first X-ray tube voltage by performing exchange at least by each view; an X-ray data collecting part 24 for collecting first energy projection data of the X-rays by the first X-ray tube voltage and second energy projection data of the X-rays by the second X-ray tube voltage, which are radiated to the subject; a dual energy image reconstruction part 35 for reconstructing the tomographic image of the dual energy tomography, based on the first energy projection data and the second energy projection data; and a tomographic condition setting part 36 for calculating and displaying the prediction values of the X-ray doses when irradiating the subject with the X-rays by the first X-ray tube voltage and the X-rays by the second X-ray tube voltage at least by each view.
