<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To display a high temperature caution mark on a high-temperature section which a user may touch, only when a roaster has high temperatures. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The high temperature caution mark 21 of reversible thermosensitive ink changing its color at a temperature of about 60°C, is formed on a central upper section at a roaster 13 side, of glass 17 of a door 16 of the roaster 13, and printing with non-discoloring ink 22 of a color roughly same as a normal temperature color of the high temperature caution mark 21, is performed on the high temperature caution mark 21 excluding a range of a peep hole 23, thus the high temperature caution mark 21 can be visually confirmed only when the temperature of the glass 17 is over about 60°C.
