<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easily removable heat-insulating material for a place such as a glass door or a glass window so as to reduce air-conditioning cost in a house. Ž<P>SOLUTION: One or more sheets of corrugated cardboard, which are pasted with a liner on at least one surface of the intermediate core subjected to waveform processing, are pasted together to make a thermal-insulating material 1. The thermal-insulating material can be used by connecting the corrugated-cardboard pieces with one side of about 30 to 100 cm width in the vertical direction.
