PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical scanner in which the convenience of maintenance is improved, and the angle of an optical member is stably kept even when temperature varies in the optical scanner, and also to provide an image forming apparatus furnished with the optical scanner. SOLUTION: An optical mirror 100 is pressurized and mounted on a liquid ultraviolet ray curable adhesive 105, the rotation angleθis adjusted while scanning light beam is scanned, and thereafter the optical mirror 100 is held by a photocurable resin 105a which is made by hardening the ultraviolet ray curable adhesive 105 by radiating ultraviolet ray. A film 102a having releasability from the photocurable resin 105a is formed on a light transmitting part 102 of the optical mirror 100 held by the photocurable resin 105a, and thereby the optical mirror 100 is easily detachable from the photocurable resin 105a by removing and pulling up a pressurizing member 107 from the optical mirror 100.
