PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data transmitter capable of saving radio resources and reducing power consumption by dynamically changing a transmission rate depending on the kind of data to be transmitted, an operating condition, or the like, and to provide a data output device and a data transmission system. SOLUTION: This data transmission system has a data transmitter and a data output device. The data transmitter transmits data by means of radio communication at a transmission rate based on the kind of data, the operating condition of a device, or a movement amount between frames of the data.
