PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently coat an object to be coated with a powder coating and to reduce the frequency of maintenance for a coating gun. SOLUTION: A powder coating device 10 includes a coating booth 14 provided with a protective material 63 on the inner wall, and the coating guns 16a-16e installed in sidewalls 36 and 38 and a ceiling wall 40 configuring the coating booth 14. The terminating end of the nozzle tube 66 of the coating guns 16a-16e is inserted into communication holes 70 formed in the sidewalls 36 and 38 and the ceiling wall 40, and the powder coating accompanied by air for conveyance is discharged inside the coating booth 14 and atomized through the communication holes 70. A discharge pattern in the coating guns 16a and 16b and a discharge pattern in the coating guns 16c and 16e interfere with each other, and the discharge pattern of the coating gun 16e interferes with the discharge pattern in the coating guns 16a-16e. As the kinetic energy of the powder coating is offset by the interference, the powder coating is easily drawn to a workpiece W (object to be coated) under electrostatic action.
