CUSTOMER SERVICE SERVER AND DISASTER PREVENTION SYSTEM

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disaster prevention system that allows other departments such as a business department to easily use information about trouble with the disaster prevention facility of the system as materials for business.

SOLUTION: After maintenance and inspection work for the disaster prevention facility is finished, a person in charge of inspection in an inspection company inputs inspection information by use of a PC and registers this inspection information in an inspection list system server. From the inspection information registered in the inspection list system server, the information about trouble with the disaster prevention facility is automatically accumulated in a customer service server via a network.
