PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sales support system for improving LTV and retention by enabling easy and quick purchase of in-store merchandise such as a cigarette pack which may be arranged at a cash register space which is not easily accessible by a general user.

SOLUTION: When a general user inputs merchandise name voice PNV of desired in-store merchandise to a user operation terminal 100, the voice is recognized. A store storage rack 300 retrieves the merchandise storage position PKS in a storage correspondence relation KCR, and acquires store storage status SKS. A sales processor 200 gives information on the in-store merchandise and the merchandise storage position PKS and the store storage status SKS. In this case, the merchandise is out of stock, a restocking rack 400 retrieves a restocking position RSS based on an inventory correspondence relation SCR, and acquires restocking status BSS. The sales processor 200 gives information on the in-store merchandise and the restocking position RSS and the restocking status BSS.
