<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve light extraction efficiency by reducing the amount of the light absorbed in a light-emitting device. <P>SOLUTION: The light-emitting device 1 is provided with: electrode parts 6 and 7; a light emitting element 3 which is mounted in the electrode part; a frame 4 which is provided so as to surround the position in which the light emitting element is mounted; a light-transmissive sealer 5 which seals the light emitting element, wherein, a ring-shaped reflecting surface 20, which is inclined at angle θ1 (0°<θ<90°) to a reference surface parallel to electrode surfaces 6A and 7A of the electrode parts, is provided inside the frame 4 and above the electrode surfaces 6A and 7A of the electrode parts 6 and 7. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
