<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device displaying data at high speed when sequentially displaying data on state monitoring of a plant facility, or a state change of rainfall, a water level of a river, or the like. <P>SOLUTION: This data display device 100 is connected with a data accumulation device 50 via a network, and includes a browser function means 30 displaying the display target data accumulated in the data accumulation device 50.
