<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To conduct special reproduction with respect to a predetermined content with ease, and to share a procedure of special reproduction among a plurality of devices. <P>SOLUTION: When a plurality of information reproducing devices are connected to a server 100, a download control part 201 downloads a list of reproduction procedures and data of the content from a list server 110 and a content server 111 in connection with the Internet. An AV reproducing part 210 reproduces or specially reproduces the corresponding content based on the downloaded list of reproduction procedures, and moreover, when the special reproduction is conducted by a different procedure by an operational input via an operational part 31 or a remote control RC, a history of the special reproduction is generated as the list of reproduction procedures.
