<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To discriminates a plurality of received downlink signals whether they are signals transmitted from different cells or an identical cell. <P>SOLUTION: A wireless base station BTS and a mobile station UE includes a receiver 11 and an identical cell determination unit 12. The receiver 11 is configured to receive a plurality of downlink signals through a plurality of paths from a plurality of cells.
