摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new functional water production method utilizing nanobubble water. <P>SOLUTION: In this production method, nanobubbles with a grain size of 1 to 50 &mu;m are generated in an aqueous solution which has an electric conductivity of &ge;300 &mu;S/cm and a pH of 7 to 9 and which contains electrolyte ions in which the total mol concentration of bivalent cations is higher than the total mol concentration of monovalent cations by &ge;1.5 times, thereafter, a physical stimulus is applied to the aqueous solution containing the nanobubbles, thus the nanobubbles are forcedly reduced, so that a grain size of 50 to 500 nm is obtained, and further, the nanobubbles are passed through a filter, thus a pressure stimulus is applied thereto. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
