PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminate using fluororesin free from a demand for strict safety management while having adhesive strength equivalent to a bonding method that uses liquid ammonia, low in cost and continuously usable at higher temperatures than a conventional bonding method. SOLUTION: A layer 1 made of an inorganic substance and/or a heat-resistant organic substance, and a layer 4 containing resin, are bonded through a porous body 3 made of a compound having a bond of a silicon atom and an oxygen atom at least or through a porous body made of the resin 4 and the compound 3.
