PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress influences of interference in a mobile communication system where a macro radio base station MBS and femto radio base station FBS are mixed. SOLUTION: A mobile communication method includes: when radio resources for a control channel are allocated for a first mobile station (macro user equipment (MUE)) under communicating for transmitting downlink control information or uplink control information at a subordinate first cell, a step A for, at a first radio base station MBS, notifying a second radio base station FBS of scheduling information including information specifying radio resources; and a step B for, at a second radio base station FBS, allocating radio resources for a control channel for a second mobile station (femto user equipment (FUE)) under communicating to transmit downlink control information or uplink control information at a subordinate second cell, on the basis of the scheduling information.
