<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluorescent lamp that achieves power saving, while maintaining an application rate to a fixture. <P>SOLUTION: The circular fluorescent lamp includes an arc tube of a circular shape with a radius of a tube shaft of a glass tube within a range of≥90 mm and≤180 mm, and a base attached to the arc tube while coupling ends of the glass tube.
