<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for reducing a transmission line between an RF unit and a base band unit and efficiently performing communication. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A communication device includes a plurality of antennas for receiving radio signals, a plurality of RF units for converting the frequencies of the received radio signals to lower frequencies respectively, a plurality of A/D converters for converting the radio signals whose frequencies have been converted into digital signals respectively, a multiplexing unit which divides the radio signals having been converted into the digital signals and multiplexes the divided radio signals on a time-division basis, and a base band unit, which instructs the multiplexing unit to multiplex the divided radio signals by a scheduling method corresponding to the contents of the radio signals input to the plurality of RF units.
