<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To retain complete waterproofness for a rotational angle sensor in a casing by using a rotation type magnet coupling comprising inner and outer magnet bodies. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The waterproof type rotational angle sensor perfects waterproofness to the rotational angle sensor (17) by rotating the rotational angle sensor (17) provided in an internal gap (23) of a casing (1) without any contact by a magnet coupling (24) and integrating a cup-type cover (5A) provided between the inner magnet body (10) and the outer magnet body (16) with a first case (5) of the casing (1).
