<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wheel bearing with a rotation detector, reducing intrusion of muddy water into an in-board side, to enhance muddy water resistant performance. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This wheel bearing with the rotation detector includes an inner member serving as a fixed side member, an outer member 2 serving as a rotation side member, a plurality of rolling elements 3 stored between a plurality of lines of rolling faces 1a, 2a of the inner and outer members, and an annular magnetic encoder 20 press-in-fixed on an end part outer circumferential face in the in-board side of the outer member 2, and serving as a detection object for the magnetic sensor 25. The magnetic encoder 20 includes a cylindrical part 20a pressed in the outer circumferential face of the outer member 2, and an erected plate part 20b erected from an out-board side end of the cylindrical part 20a toward an outside diameter side.
