摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel injection control device for engines enhanced in the calculation accuracy of fuel injection quantity. Ž<P>SOLUTION: An ECU 30, using a model in which a portion of fuel injected from a fuel injection valve 12 adheres onto a combustion chamber wall, and the adhered fuel evaporates and contributes to combustion, calculates fuel injection quantity from the fuel injection valve 12, and drives the fuel injection valve 12 based on the calculated fuel injection quantity. Then, the ECU 30 calculates an input heating value parameter representing a heating value that is predicted to be generated by fuel quantity injected from the fuel injection valve 12, and calculates an actual heating value parameter representing an actual heating value that has been actually generated by the fuel injection from the fuel injection valve 12, and corrects the model based on a difference between the input heating value parameter and the actual heating value parameter.
