PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for automatically uploading files which considerably reduces a time for a user to upload files in a common space on networks of different kinds. SOLUTION: The method for automatically uploading files includes: a step 430 for determining whether or not a file is updated in at least one folder on a first electronic appliance and generating a determining result; and a step 440 for performing automatic upload operation and uploading the updated file in the folder in a data recording space of at least one second electronic appliance when the file in the folder is determined to have been updated.
