PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light diffuser sheet which is high in whole light transmission and brightness, and excellent in light diffusion, dimensional stability, light resistivity, and heat resistivity. SOLUTION: The light diffuser sheet has a front and a back surfaces made of a thermoplastic resin (A) containing the following component (a): (a) styrenic monomer units and/or (meth)acrylic ester based monomer units. An intermediate layer is made of a styrenic maleimide based resin composition containing the following component (b): (b) 50-95 mass% of styrenic monomer units, 5-20 mass% of maleimide based monomer units, and 1-10 pts.mass of an optical diffusion agent to 100 pts.mass of a styrene-maleimide based resin (B) of copolymerizable vinyl monomer unit 0-45 mass%.
