摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem wherein each shaft is limited in arrangement, to be restricted in a space when arranging a triaxial gear device, and not to be adopted widely in the triaxial gear device, since each shaft is arranged to bring a phase difference on a meshing action line of each gear pair into 1/2 of a normal pitch, although reducing a noise and vibration in the triaxial gear device. SOLUTION: Different tooth flank modifications are executed in the respective gear pairs in response to levels of the meshing phase differences of the respective gear pairs, in a direction to delay or advance timing of rotational fluctuation generated by the meshing of the respective gear pairs of the gear 11 of the first axis O1 and the gear 12 of the second axis O2, and the gear 12 of the second axis O2 and the gear 13 of the third axis O3, and a phase of a transmission error waveform of each gear pair is made to get near to a reverse phase.
