The device has lever elements e.g. forging levers (26A, 26B) that stay in effective connection with a torque transmission system. A mechanical oscillation producing device i.e. piezoelectric transducer such as piezoelectric micro actuator, produces mechanical oscillation in a friction point between the operating device and the torque transmission system. The mechanical oscillation producing device is arranged in such a manner that the oscillation is transferable to the lever element so that the relative motion is generated in the friction point.
