The PAPR can be suppressed low even when the same physical cell ID is used in respective component carriers.  A base station device (100) to transmit a plurality of component carriers in a bundle comprises phase rotation units (105-1 to 105-n) which apply phase rotations to respective component carriers, and a transmission unit (108) which transmits the component carriers applied with the phase rotations to mobile station devices, wherein a phase rotation amount is determined on the basis of a physical cell ID which is common among the component carriers.
