PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a machining-tool holder that suppresses lateral oscillation of a machining tool due to high-frequency oscillation to prevent breakage of a machining-tool holder while achieving the reduction in production costs. SOLUTION: The machining-tool holder is used for ultrasonic machining. The machining-tool holder is configured by providing the following parts in a part of a body for holding a machining tool, that is, a groove into which the machining tool is inserted so as to hold the machining tool therein, a pair of walls facing each other via the groove, and a screw member that is inserted into a part of each wall in a direction orthogonal to the groove so as to fix the machining tool in the groove.
