NEW SHINE-DALGARNO SEQUENCE AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING PROTEIN USING THE SAME

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control factor for producing active proteins in large quantities in the production of higher organism-derived proteins using genetically engineered means, and a method for producing the proteins using the factor.

SOLUTION: Protein production is performed using Shine-Dalgarno (SD) sequence including a part of genus Bacillus bacterium-derived neutral protease gene and a recombinant microorganism obtained by transforming an expression plasmid including the sequence into host cells.
