PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inexpensively increase a contact chance between newspaper advertisements and a user in a long term.

SOLUTION: A newspaper advertisement distribution system includes: a newspaper advertisement data reception means 16 for receiving the data of a newspaper advertisement original including at least a newspaper advertiser name and the type or designation of the merchandise or service of newspaper advertisements and the running date of the newspaper advertisements as a keyword; a newspaper advertisement data storage means 17 for storing the data of the newspaper advertisement original; a newspaper advertisement data retrieving means 18 for retrieving the data of the newspaper advertisement original including the keyword input from a user terminal 13 from the newspaper advertisement data storage means 17; a newspaper advertisement data edition means 19 for editing the data of the newspaper advertisement original retrieved by the newspaper advertisement data retrieving means 18 into an output file of a file format which can be displayed by a Web browser; and a newspaper advertisement data distribution means 20 for distributing the output file edited by the newspaper advertisement data edition means 19 to a user terminal 13 in response to a request from a user terminal 13.
