<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an estimate information provision method and terminal equipment, for easily and quickly acquiring estimate information desired by a user on-line. <P>SOLUTION: The estimate information provision system is configured of a server device 100 and terminal equipment 120 connected through a network 130. When desired merchandise and quantity is selected from merchandise information to be transmitted from the server device 100 by terminal equipment 120, an estimate information provision classification selection screen having a provision button of temporary estimate information and a provision button of proper estimate information is displayed on a display part 124. When the provision button of the temporary estimate information is selected, a quick estimation display screen for providing the temporary estimate information is obtained.
