<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To correctly measure the actual flow rate of exhaust gas flowing in an EGR flow passage regardless of a variation in exhaust gas pressure and a variation in intake manifold internal pressure. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This EGR flow rate measuring device for an internal combustion engine includes: a gas flow rate calculation section 101 calculating a flow rate of gas flowing in the EGR flow passage based on the output signal of a flow rate sensor 18 installed in the EGR flow passage of the internal combustion engine; a pulsation frequency calculation section 102 calculating a pulsation frequency generated in a gas flow in the EGR flow passage or a value representing it based on engine speed; and a gas flow rate correction section 103 correcting the gas flow rate calculated by the gas flow rate calculation section 101 by a correction value correlating with the pulsation frequency calculated by the pulsation frequency calculation section 102.
