<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress fluctuation of an input-side DC intermediate voltage of an inverter, and to sufficiently store power in a power storage means and control the DC intermediate voltage. <P>SOLUTION: During non-power failure time, a storage voltage deviationΔBAT being a deviation between a real storage voltage BAT of a storage cell 8 and a storage voltage command value Sbat, and a DC intermediate voltage deviationΔDC being a deviation between a real DC intermediate voltage DC of a DC intermediate circuit 3 and a control DC intermediate voltage command value SAdc are operated. Each of these deviations is used as a deviation signalδV and a step-up/down control signal with respect to a step-up/down chopper 7 is generated based on the deviation signalδV. A step-up operation or a step-down operation is performed by giving priority to either the real storage voltage BAT or real DC intermediate voltage DC which has a larger lack amount to each target value. When real DC intermediate voltage DC is less than the control DC intermediate voltage command value SAdc, the storage voltage deviationΔBAT is restricted to an upper-limit value Hb equivalent to zero, and DC intermediate voltage is preferentially controlled. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
