<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To upgrade print quality by inhibiting the transfer of ink scum from a plate cylinder to a blanket cylinder, with regard to a printing blanket, manufacturing method of the same, the blanket cylinder and a printing device. <P>SOLUTION: A printing unit is equipped with the plate cylinder 22, on which a printing plate 42 is mounted, and the blanket cylinder 21, on which printing blanket 52 is mounted and besides, which rotates synchronously with the plate cylinder 22 to transfer the ink image to be transferred from the plate cylinder 22, to a web W. In addition, the circumferential length of the blanket cylinder 21 is set twice the circumferential length of the plate cylinder 22, and a notched part 53 and a recessed part 55 axially aligned correspondingly to a notched part 43 in the plate cylinder 22, are arranged at an equal interval on the surface of the blanket 52. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
