<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique with which time required up to the display of an image desired by a user is reduced and usability is improved in a projection type display device. <P>SOLUTION: A projector 100 stops image data acquisition processing from an external image source 500 until a correction quantity determination part 230 determines a correction quantity. After the correction quantity is determined, the projector 100 corrects an image T1c prestored in an image storage part 124 by using the determined correction quantity, displays the corrected image on an image light modulating projection part 400, and restarts the image data acquisition processing. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
