PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a saddle-riding type vehicle capable of improving maintainability in an air cleaner, and capable of securing a riding position of a high degree of freedom. SOLUTION: This saddle-riding type vehicle has a vehicle body frame having a head pipe 14 and right-left main frames 15, a steering handle, a riding seat, and an air cleaner arranged between the head pipe 14 and the riding seat in the vehicle body longitudinal direction and having an air cleaner case 3, an element 6 and an opening part 50 arranged on an upper side surface in the vehicle body vertical direction of the air cleaner case 3.
