PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing device, preventing deformation and deterioration of an endless belt due to its contact with a movement regulating member, and stably maintaining the endless belt at a predetermined temperature in the case of using a fixing roller including the endless belt in a fixing system using an endless belt. SOLUTION: A pair of movement regulating members 7 including a disk-like body part 71 and an outer peripheral wall part 72 projected from the outer peripheral edge of the body part 71 substantially vertically to the body part 71 and toward the endless belt side are provided at both end parts in the rotation axis direction of the endless belt 4 to be rotated together with the endless belt 4. The movement in the rotation axis direction of the endless belt 4 is regulated by the body part 71 and the outward movement in the radial direction of the endless belt 4 is regulated by the outer peripheral wall part 72.
