The power transmitting device includes a power generating means for generating power, and an information transmitting means for transmitting information containing power information related to the power generated by the power generating means and specific information on the power generating means, and the power receiving device includes an information receiving means for receiving the information transmitted by the information transmitting means and a power consumption control means for controlling consumption of power generated by the power generating means based on the information received by the information receiving means.
