When a capsule medical device introduced into a living body is rotated by a rotating magnetic field that rotates in desired three-dimensional directions, and a needle provided in the capsule medical device is punctured into the lumen surface, a step-out operation, in which after the rotation of the capsule medical device in the rotational direction of the rotating magnetic field is stopped, the capsule medical device reversely rotates at a rotational speed higher than the rotational speed of the rotating magnetic field, is detected by a step-out operation detecting means, and a rotating magnetic field generating device for generating the rotating magnetic field is controlled on the basis of the result of the detection by the step-out operation detecting means. |
