Provided are novel hydroxypyrazinecarboxamide derivatives which are useful in the prevention and/or treatment of blood coagulation disorders. In more detail, compounds represented by general formula (i) or pharmacologically acceptable salts thereof are provided. In general formula (i), R1 and R2 are each independently a hydrogen atom, a C1-4 alkyl group, or the like, or R1 and R2 are bonded to each other to form a C3-5 alkylene group or the like; R3 is a hydrogen atom or a C1-4 alkyl group; R4 and R5 are each independently a hydrogen atom, a C1-4 alkyl group, a C2-4 alkenyl group, or the like; R6 and R7 are each independently a hydrogen atom or a C1-4 alkyl group; X is a mono- or bi-cyclic C3-10 cycloalkyl group, a mono- or bi-cyclic C6-10 aryl group, or the like, said cycloalkyl group and aryl group being optionally substituted by 1 to 3 substituents selected from group (a) of substituents; and Y is a group having the general formula: -C(OH)Ra-, a carbonyl group, an oxygen atom, or the like.
