A vibration-damping containing case for an electronic device is provided with stepped projections for holding the electronic device, which is a vibration source, so as to sandwich the outer surface of the electronic device, and the stepped projections are located on the inner surface of a case member for containing the electronic device so as to cover the outer surface of the electronic device. The stepped projections hold the outer surface of the electronic device through vibration-damping members.
