<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toner cartridge capable of protecting a lever for operating the toner cartridge from external forces, and to provide an image forming apparatus incorporating the toner cartridge. <P>SOLUTION: In the image forming apparatus, the toner cartridge for containing toner includes: the lever for operating the toner cartridge; and a cover partly surrounding the lever.
