PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of fixing a macro-object to an electricity conducting- or semi-conducting surface by means of electrografting. SOLUTION: The method of fixing the macro-object to an electricity conducting- or semi-conducting surface by electrografting comprises: preparing an electrolyte solution comprising, in dissolved, particulate or emulsified form, at least one macro-object, and having a proton content of≥50 ppm; and electrolyzing the solution in an electrolysis cell so as to generate, by electroreduction or electrooxidation of the solution, a grafted coating of the macro-object or of its condensation product on a conducting or semiconducting surface to be coated as working electrode.
