PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wireless system capable of facilitating applications to other systems and configuring systems inexpensively by providing a function for conversion into a message of SIP or talk burst control protocol (TBCP) by a line control unit. SOLUTION: The invention relates to a wireless system wherein a line control unit 201 includes: a call control engine 2013 for controlling a call of a group speech; an access network controlling function (ANCF) 2011 for receiving a message from a base station 101 and transmitting a parameter with respect to the message; and a private network client proxy (PNP) 2012 for receiving the parameter, performing message format conversion of SIP on the parameter if a message corresponding to the parameter relates to call control of an IP packetized protocol, transmitting the parameter to the call control engine 2013 after performing message format conversion of TBCP thereon if the message corresponding to the parameter relates to control of a transmission right.
