PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the time accuracy of one's own device (roadside communication equipment) by selecting a synchronization object of air synchronization considering the time accuracy of the other device (roadside communication equipment) as a transmission source. SOLUTION: The roadside communication equipment 2 makes radio transmission at the transmission timing generated so as to synchronize with the other device in a time zone (first slot T1) assigned to the one's own device in time series. The roadside communication equipment 2 includes: a synchronization means 23C which generates the transmission timing of the own device BS3 using as a reference any one of the reception times of reception signals received from the plurality of other devices BM, BS1, BS2; and a selection means 23C which selects which of the other devices BM, BS1, BS2 makes synchronization with the reception times corresponding to them based on the time accuracy of the other devices BM, BS1, BS2 contained in the transmission signals of the other devices.
