PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and an apparatus for operation control of removing and drying poultry manure in a poultry house system, capable of uniformly drying the poultry manure accumulated on a belt conveyor. SOLUTION: A belt conveyor is displaced with a predetermined time space, in the forward direction or the reverse direction to the range between adjacent blow nozzles 8 by a predetermined range, which nozzles are set on the both side surfaces in the longitudinal direction and of an air supply tube line 7 for drying poultry manure, between a manure removal operation and the next manure removal operation. Also, a control device is equipped, which device is connected to the driving device of the belt conveyor, drives the belt conveyor with a space of scheduled days and thus, when operating manure removing operation, controls the driving device of the belt conveyor to displace with a predetermined time space the belt conveyor in the forward direction or the reverse direction to the range between adjacent blow nozzles 8 by the predetermined range, where nozzles are set on the both side surfaces in the longitudinal direction and of the air supply tube line 7 for drying poultry manure, between a manure removal operation and the next manure removal operation.
