<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a part feeder capable of smoothly conveying parts by removing static electricity generated in a conveying device and the parts in a substantially perfect manner by the contact, separation, friction or the like between the conveying device and the parts, and the contact, separation, friction or the like between the parts. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The part feeder 10 includes a conveying device 12 for conveying parts by imparting the vibration to a pile of parts, an ion generating device 16 which is disposed above the conveying device for providing ions to the parts 14 loaded on and conveyed by the conveying device, and an airflow passage part 18 for sucking in air to introduce ions to a surface not exposed to at least an outer atmosphere of the parts. Alternatively, the part feeder includes a conveying device for conveying parts by imparting the vibration to a pile of parts, an ion generating device which is disposed above the conveying device for providing ions to the parts loaded on and conveyed by the conveying device, and a vacuum suction arm which is arranged close to or in contact with an upper surface of the conveying device to introduce ions inside the pile of parts, and suck the ions so as to be discharged outside.
