PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a speaker which is capable of efficiently generating a vibration waveform (sound), transferring the vibration waveform to a distant site while suppressing the attenuation thereof, reducing echo by suppressing reflection of sound, and sufficiently enhancing sound quality such as directivity, frequency characteristics and the like. SOLUTION: A speaker is configured so that bending stress is loaded to a speaker diaphragm including a pair of sheets and a honeycomb core of a hollow honeycomb structure held between the sheets and adhered to seal a hollow part, and the speaker diaphragm in such a form is included.
