PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology for suppressing the radiation of electromagnetic waves in a substrate unit having sheet metal and a wiring board fixed to this sheet metal. SOLUTION: A clock line 22 is provided on a second surface 21b that is the opposite side of a first surface 21a opposed to the sheet metal 3 on a wiring board 2.
