摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing means capable of reducing a searching range without specifying many moving predictive models. SOLUTION: A first observation image including an observation cell captured by an imaging apparatus is obtained, and the predicted moving direction V<SB>1</SB>of the observation cell is calculated while applying a moving predictive model to the observation cell, and also, the actual moving direction V<SB>R</SB>of the observation image is calculated from the first observation image and a second observation image obtained after a lapse of predetermined time from the first observation image. Then, an optimum moving predictive model is automatically selected based on an inner product of the calculated predicted moving direction V<SB>1</SB>and the calculated actual moving direction V<SB>R</SB>, and the predicted moving direction of the moving predictive model is corrected in accordance with the inner product.
