An apparatus for storage and transport of documents such as bank notes, visa slips, gift tokens, cheques and the like is disclosed. The apparatus comprises a frame spanned by flexible material and a cover plate slideable therealong to close the frame, the cover plate having a leading edge comprising a first member shaped to form an irreversible lock with a correspondingly shaped second member on the frame.
